Als Monteur Railtechniek zorg jij dat tram- en metrobaanonderdelen in topconditie blijven. Jij ziet storingen vroeg, pakt ze vakkundig aan en houdt het spoor letterlijk in beweging. In deze rol werk je aan onderhoud, controle en herstel van spoorse onderdelen. Je bent vaak buiten aan het werk, samen met collega's en soms zelfstandig, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en veiligheid altijd voorop staan. Jij houdt het overzicht, denkt mee over verbeteringen en schakelt snel wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. - Voer technisch onderhoud uit aan sporen, wissels en omstelinrichtingen. - Vervang onderdelen, reinig groeven en herstel baanmeubilair zoals hekwerken en borden. - Onderhoud smeerinstallaties en voer test- en aardhandelingen veilig uit. - Werk volgens voorschriften en draag bij aan een betrouwbare beschikbaarheid van het spoor. - Deel kennis met collega's en zet met initiatief verbeteringen om in praktisch resultaat. Functie-eisen Jij bent een monteur met technisch inzicht die zorgvuldig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je houdt van aanpakken, ziet wat nodig is en blijft ook onder wisselende omstandigheden gefocust op het juiste resultaat. Met jouw communicatie en samenwerking weet je collega's mee te nemen in een veilige en effectieve uitvoering. - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica. - 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een technische onderhoudsomgeving. - Basiskennis van spoortechniek, of de motivatie om dit snel eigen te maken. - Bereidheid om te leren lassen, een groot rijbewijs te behalen en VCA te...
