Ben jij een ervaren techneut die graag werkt aan complexe machines? Krijg je energie van het opsporen van technische problemen, het reviseren van installaties en het weer in topconditie brengen van machines? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Als Monteur Revisie & Onderhoud werk je aan gebruikte spuitgietmachines die bij Stork IMM binnenkomen voor onderhoud, revisie of technische upgrades. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze machines weer betrouwbaar, veilig en productieklaar worden gemaakt, zodat ze opnieuw kunnen worden ingezet bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland. De functie is gebaseerd op werkzaamheden zoals het testen, afregelen, oplossen van technische problemen en ondersteunen bij klantopleveringen. Aantal uren per week: 40 uur Locatie: Hengelo Wat ga je doen? Als CNC Draaier ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig voorbereiden, programmeren, instellen én verspanen van onderdelen. Jij beheerst het volledige proces, van tekening tot eindcontrole. Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen - Voorbereiden van werkopdrachten en maken van een detailplanning - Programmeren en optimaliseren van CNC-programma's (ook via PC) - Instellen van machines, gereedschappen en opspanningen - Uitvoeren van draai- en verspanende bewerkingen - Meten en controleren van onderdelen (kwaliteit = 100%) - Signaleren en oplossen van storingen (of correct doorzetten) - Meedenken over nieuwe werkmethoden en verbeteringen - Zorgdragen voor een nette, veilige en efficiënte werkplek Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, werkvoorbereiding en collega-verspaners.
