's Ochtends stap je in je bedrijfsauto en rijd je rechtstreeks naar jouw vaste klanten in de regio. Geen gedoe met eerst naar een standplaats, maar vrijheid, vertrouwen en een goed georganiseerde planning. Als Monteur Service & Onderhoud ben jij degene die zorgt dat gebouwgebonden installaties betrouwbaar blijven draaien. Jij bent het bekende gezicht bij de klant: iemand die storingen oplost, onderhoud uitvoert en meedenkt over verbeteringen. Je werkt aan verschillende installaties binnen de utiliteit. Daardoor is je werk technisch afwisselend en blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Preventief en correctief onderhoud aan HVAC-, koel-, verwarmings- en luchtbehandelingsinstallaties - Meten, controleren en bijstellen van meet- en regeltechniek (GBS/BMS) - Zelfstandig opsporen en verhelpen van storingen - Klanten adviseren over verduurzaming en verbeteringen aan hun installaties Waar je terecht komt In ons team werken 50 gekwalificeerde medewerkers, Dophou'ers noemen we ze. Iedereen krijgt veel eigen vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. We weten ook waar we het voor doen. Dophou is een gezonde, groeiende middelgrote speler in de utiliteit en installatietechniek. We verzorgen onderhoud aan gebouw gebonden installaties zoals koel-, verwarmings-, luchtbehandelings- en regelinstallaties en leveren een compleet pakket aan technische diensten. Je werkt in een betrokken en professioneel team waarin ruimte is voor eigen initiatief, verantwoordelijkheid en groei. De communicatielijnen zijn kort, de samenwerking intensief en de sfeer energiek.
