Als monteur van snijgereedschap speel je een cruciale rol in het onderhoud, de afstelling en de optimalisatie van gereedschappen die essentieel zijn voor de productie van vliegtuigonderdelen. Dankzij jouw expertise draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de veiligheid, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van vliegtuigen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Je maakt optimaal gebruik van het beschikbare materiaal (inzetstukken, houders, montage- en demontagetools voor snijgereedschap) Je levert producten en diensten af die volledig voldoen aan de geldende procedures en assemblagenormen Je volgt nauwgezet de processen en richtlijnen van de productielijn, het ontwerpbureau en de engineeringafdeling Je monteert snijgereedschappen correct volgens de gereedschapslijsten Je signaleert en rapporteert afwijkingen tijdig en nauwkeurig

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent een gemotiveerd en flexibel persoon.
  • Je bent veelzijdig.
  • Je bent in staat om ordelijk en methodisch te werken.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de luchtvaartsector.
  • Je bent streng en nauwgezet.
  • Je hebt verspanings- en draai-/freesvaardigheden.

Opleiding: Je hebt een BSO/TSO opleiding genoten in metaalbewerking en/of hebt de nodige ervaring voor het succesvol uitvoeren van de functie. Je beschikt over een diploma mechanische vormgevingstechnieken of computergestuurde werktuigmachines. Ofwel heb je een A2 opleiding gevolgd in Electromechanica.

Vakkennis: Kennis van metaalbewerking: frezen, draaien, snijden.

Talenkennis: Goeie kennis van de Nederlandse taal
