Als medewerker staalmontage ben jij de onmisbare schakel die ervoor zorgt dat de producten uit de werkplaats op locatie perfect tot hun recht komen. Van strakke trappen tot stevige hekwerken en complexe staalconstructies; jij levert vakmanschap af waar je aan het eind van de dag met trots naar kijkt. Wat je krijgt als monteur staalbouw - Bruto maandsalaris dat ligt tussen de €3.000 en €3.800. - Focus op kwaliteit door projecten die vaak meerdere weken duren. - Werkplekken door heel Midden- en West-Nederland, dus volop afwisseling. - Beschikking over een moderne bus, het beste gereedschap en representatieve werkkleding. - Zekerheid via de cao Metaal & Techniek. - Bouwen aan een hechte band met een vast team van professionele collega's. - Kansen om door te groeien en je kennis te vergroten met relevante certificaten of opleidingen. Wat je gaat doen in de buitendienst Samen met je team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen van staalconstructies op locatie. Waar de collega's binnen de voorbereiding doen, zorg jij buiten dat alles tot op de millimeter nauwkeurig wordt gemonteerd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Plaatsen en monteren van trappen, balustrades en staalwerken. - Lezen en interpreteren van technische werktekeningen. - Stellen en afwerken van de constructies voor een strak eindresultaat. - Bewaken van een opgeruimde en veilige werkomgeving. Omdat je vaak langere tijd op één project staat, heb je de rust en het overzicht om echt goed werk af te leveren. Je ziet het resultaat van jouw inspanningen stap voor stap groeien.
