Ben jij een gepassioneerde montagemedewerker met een sterke affiniteit voor staalconstructies? Werk je graag in een uitdagende en dynamische omgeving? En voel je je op je gemak bij montagewerkzaamheden op hoogte van minimaal 10 meter? Als je op deze vragen 'ja' kunt antwoorden, dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

In deze rol ga je samen met jouw team aan de slag met de montage van diverse staalconstructies, variërend van het plaatsen van grote hallen tot het uitvoeren van fijn laswerk. Je krijgt de kans om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen onder de professionele begeleiding van een ervaren werfleider. Je bedient verschillende machines, waaronder hoogtewerkers en vrachtwagenkranen, en ziet elk project als een unieke kans om jezelf uit te dagen. Elk project, zowel nationaal als internationaal, biedt je nieuwe ervaringen en leer momenten.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Een sterke werkethiek en trots op jouw vakmanschap.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en weet anderen te motiveren.
  • Werken op hoogte (tot 10 meter) is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Ervaring met staalconstructies en/of het bedienen van vrachtwagenkranen is een pré.
  • Je bent handig en gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg, zoals klein laswerk of boorwerkzaamheden.
  • In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te functioneren.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
