Wij zijn op zoek naar een Monteur / Montagemedewerker die zich wil verdiepen in het assembleren, installeren en optimaliseren van kwalitatieve industriële constructies en installaties.

Zowel ervaren profielen als gemotiveerde schoolverlaters zijn welkom!

Als monteur speel je een cruciale rol binnen onze productie- en montageomgeving. Je taken bestaan uit:

  • Het monteren en samenstellen van mechanische constructies en installaties volgens technische plannen en specificaties
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen, schema’s en stuklijsten
  • Uitvoeren van las- en montagewerken (halfautomaat, TIG is een pluspunt)
  • Correct gebruik van handgereedschap, elektrisch gereedschap en hijsmateriaal
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens en na assemblage
  • Opbouw en installatie van projecten op locatie bij klanten (sporadisch, vooral in buurlanden zoals Nederland, Duitsland en Frankrijk)
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en procesoptimalisatie
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen (VCA, ISO, etc.)
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd (mechanica, elektromechanica, lassen, constructie, …) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Zowel junior profielen/schoolverlaters als ervaren monteurs komen in aanmerking
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en hebt een goed ruimtelijk inzicht
  • Basiskennis van lassen, montage en metaalbewerking is een grote troef
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent flexibel ingesteld
  • Je staat open voor sporadische buitenlandse verplaatsingen (korte projecten in de regio)
  • Je hecht veel belang aan veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Rijbewijs B is een pluspunt
