Vind jij het belangrijk om onderdeel te zijn van een hecht team en wil jij als monteur allround worden ingezet binnen de Stadsverwarming? Dan hebben wij wellicht een mooie positie vrij voor jou. Wegens uitbreiding van onze werkzaamheden, zijn wij op zoek naar een (ervaren) Monteur Stadsverwarming ter versterking van ons team in Oldenzaal. Als Monteur Stadsverwarming, draag jij bij aan de meest grote civieltechnische uitdagingen binnen Siers. Jouw dag start vanaf ons kantoor in Oldenzaal of direct op de locatie met een lekkere bak koffie. Samen met de uitvoerder worden dagelijks de projecten en werkzaamheden besproken. Vervolgens ga jij aan de slag met een huisaansluiting, een aansluiting op het hoofdnet of een reparatie. Dit doe je samen met een enthousiast team van monteurs, werkvoorbereiders en een uitvoerder. Zoals je leest, uiteenlopende werkzaamheden van groot tot klein. Dat maakt het werken in de stadsverwarming zo bijzonder en uitdagend. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Dit bieden wij jou - Een dienstverband van minimaal 32 uur en maximaal 40 uur per week met een goed en passend salaris; - Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling; - 25 vakantiedagen en 13 adv-dagen op fulltime basis, zodat je voldoende tijd hebt om tot rust te komen of op vakantie te gaan; - Alles wat je nodig hebt om je werk goed uit te voeren, denk hierbij o.a. aan een telefoon en een werkbus welke is voorzien van alle benodigde gereedschappen en materialen; - Veel vrijheid en zelfstandigheid bij het uitvoeren van je werkzaamheden; - Een goede en familiaire sfeer bij een familiebedrijf waarin de mens centraal staat.
