Als Monteur Technische Dienst ben jij samen met jouw collega's verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van het machinepark en de technische installaties. Dankzij jouw inzet blijft de productie draaien en worden storingen snel en vakkundig opgelost. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan productiemachines en installaties; - Analyseren en oplossen van mechanische, elektrotechnische en pneumatische storingen; - Inspecteren, reviseren en vervangen van machineonderdelen; - Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties van het productieproces; - Begeleiden van externe monteurs bij onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Registreren van storingen en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden; - Samenwerken met operators en collega's van de technische dienst om stilstand tot een minimum te beperken. Wat heb je nodig? Ben jij technisch sterk en werk jij graag in een productieomgeving? Dan beschik jij over: - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of Elektrotechniek; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Monteur Technische Dienst, Storingsmonteur of Onderhoudsmonteur; - Kennis van mechanische techniek; ervaring met elektrotechniek, pneumatiek of hydrauliek is een pré; - Ervaring binnen een productie- of procesomgeving; - Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling; - Bereidheid om storingsdiensten te draaien.
