Binnen deze moderne productieomgeving werk je met uiteenlopende technische installaties, waaronder mengsystemen, productiemachines, verpakkingslijnen en coatinginstallaties. Je werkt binnen de technische dienst samen met ongeveer 15 collega's en zorgt ervoor dat de productie-installaties betrouwbaar blijven draaien Functieomschrijving Als Monteur Technische Dienst werk je aan een breed en technisch uitdagend machinepark. De nadruk ligt op hightech verpakkingslijnen, waaronder blisterverpakkingsmachines, bedrukkingseenheden en automatische coating en afvulsystemen. Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit en lost mechanische, elektrotechnische, pneumatische en hydraulische storingen op. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen het verhelpen van de storing. Je analyseert de oorzaak, signaleert verbeterpunten en helpt mee om herhaling te voorkomen. Je werkzaamheden in Meppel bestaan onder andere uit: • Onderhouden en optimaliseren van geavanceerde productie en verpakkingsmachines• Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud • Werken volgens de geldende LOTOTO veiligheidsprocedure • Begeleiden van contractors bij technische werkzaamheden • Meewerken aan nieuwbouw, modificaties en technische verbeterprojecten • Analyseren van storingsgegevens en bijdragen aan co...
