Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen?

Als monteur word je ingezet voor de montage en assemblage van nieuwe installaties en machines. Daarnaast kom je ook tussen bij pannes aan bestaande installaties. Je werkzaamheden zijn voornamelijk mechanisch en pneumatisch van aard.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Bepalen van de nodige montagewerkzaamheden en materialen op basis van instructies en technische dossiers.
  • Assembleren en bevestigen van structuurelementen volgens montageplannen en richtlijnen, zoals staalconstructies.
  • Controleren van afmetingen, vormen, lasnaden en uitlijningen.
  • Uitvoeren van de nodige afstellingen en aanpassingen wanneer je afwijkingen vaststelt.
  • Ter plaatse opstellen, plaatsen en definitief monteren van constructies en installaties.
  • Monteren van RVS-leidingwerk, pompen en steunen.
  • Monteren van silo's en bijhorende transportsystemen.
  • Plaatsen en monteren van afzuiginstallaties.
  • Snel en proactief reageren op onverwachte situaties op de werf.
  • Kostprijsbewust en efficiënt werken.

Je werkt hoofdzakelijk zelfstandig op de werf en bent regelmatig onderweg. Je werkgebied situeert zich voornamelijk in de Benelux en het noorden van Frankrijk.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een handige en zelfstandige technieker die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en zich flexibel kan opstellen.

Idealiter:

  • Heb je een goede tot uitgebreide kennis van mechanica en pneumatica.
  • Kun je vlot overweg met courante elektrische en andere handgereedschappen.
  • Werk je steeds met aandacht voor veiligheid.
  • Kun je zelfstandig werken en beschik je over voldoende maturiteit om alleen op een werf aan de slag te gaan.
  • Heb je een echte hands-onmentaliteit.
  • Ben je flexibel en heb je geen uitgesproken 9-tot-5-mentaliteit.
  • Werk je graag op verschillende locaties.
  • Heb je geen probleem met werken op hoogte.
  • Kun je rustig blijven en efficiënt handelen bij onverwachte situaties of onder tijdsdruk.
  • Ben je gedreven en resultaatgericht.
