Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf met een eigen technische dienst die zich bezighoudt met onderhoud en storingsoplossing van elektrische installaties in een productieomgeving. In Almere werkt de technische dienst in een 3 ploegenstelsel en richt zich op het snel verhelpen van storingen om de continuïteit van de productie te waarborgen. De medewerkers voeren zowel eerstelijns storingsdiagnose uit als preventief onderhoud en werken hiervoor nauw samen met de productie- en engineeringafdelingen. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats op één vaste locatie in de regio Almere en vragen om praktische kennis van elektrische componenten en installatiepraktijk. De organisatie zoekt een Monteur Elektro die zelfstandig storingen kan oplossen, onderhoudswerkzaamheden kan uitvoeren en bijdragen kan leveren aan het verbeteren van de beschikbaarheid van installaties. Er wordt waarde gehecht aan veiligheid en het naleven van werkprocedures binnen de productieomgeving. De werkomgeving in Almere vraagt flexibiliteit en een oplossingsgerichte houding van medewerkers die in ploegendiensten werken.
