Dit bedrijf is een productiebedrijf met een technische dienst die verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhoud en de continuïteit van productie-installaties. De organisatie zoekt een allround Monteur Technische Dienst die in 5 ploegendienst kan werken en die storingen zelfstandig en efficiënt kan oplossen. De technische dienst werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen productie en engineering om uitval te minimaliseren en procesverbeteringen door te voeren. Je komt te werken in Naaldwijk en je werkt op locatie aan verschillende productielijnen en installatieonderdelen. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit preventief onderhoud, correctief onderhoud en ondersteuning bij kleine modificaties en optimalisaties. De kandidaat voert werkzaamheden veilig en volgens procedure uit en rapporteert technische afwijkingen en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden zorgvuldig. Er is ruimte om technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen binnen de functie en om mee te denken over verbeteringen in onderhoudsstrategieën en werkwijzen.

- Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan productie-installaties als Monteur Technische Dienst

- Je verhelpt storingen aan mechanische en elektrische systemen

- Je ondersteunt bij kleine modificaties en optimalisaties van productielijnen

- Je werkt volgens veilige werkprocedures en rapporteert uitgevoerd werk

- Je draait 5 ploegendienst en stemt werkzaamheden af met productie en engineering

Functie-eisen: - Ervaring als allround monteur of in een technische dienst

- Bereidheid om in 5 ploegendienst te werken

- Praktische elektromechanische vaardigheden en storingsoplossend vermogen
