De organisatie zoekt een ervaren Monteur Technische Dienst die onderhoud en storingsoplossing hands-on kan uitvoeren. De Monteur Technische Dienst werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen productie en engineering om uitval te beperken en de beschikbaarheid van installaties te vergroten. In Hellevoetsluis biedt de organisatie een praktische werkomgeving met duidelijke procedures en een focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit. De functie vraagt om een hands-on mentaliteit en het vermogen om zelfstandig technische problemen te analyseren en op te lossen. De organisatie hecht waarde aan goede documentatie en deelt kennis binnen het team om continu te verbeteren en stilstand te verminderen. De werkplek bevindt zich op één vaste locatie en de Monteur Technische Dienst draagt bij aan zowel preventief onderhoud als aan het snel oplossen van storingen. Er is aandacht voor het inwerken van nieuwe collega’s en voor het structureel overdragen van kennis binnen de technische afdeling.

- Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan installaties en apparatuur

- Je verhelpt storingen en herstelt technische defecten als Monteur Technische Dienst

- Je registreert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en rapporteert afwijkingen

- Je ondersteunt bij technische verbeteringen en realiseert kleinere aanpassingen

- Je werkt veilig volgens geldende procedures als Monteur Technische Dienst

Functie-eisen: - Ervaring als monteur in een technische dienst of vergelijkbare rol

- Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen

- Hands-on mentaliteit en goede communicatieve vaardigheden
