Ben jij degene die nooit stopt tot een storing volledig opgelost is? Werk jij graag met de nieuwste machines en technologieën? Dan ben ik op zoek naar jou! Voor een vooruitstrevende opdrachtgever in de productie van vegetarische vleesvervangers zoek ik een Monteur technische dienst In deze rol ben jij dé sleutel tot een soepel draaiend productieproces. Jij speelt een essentiële rol in de organisatie en bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud. Daarnaast krijg jij de kans om mee te werken aan een gloednieuw machinepark. Hierin heb jij inspraak en draag je samen met een hecht team van operators bij aan een succesvolle implementatie. Dit maakt jouw functie extra uitdagend en veelzijdig. Als monteur technische dienst behoren de volgende taken tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid:

- Zelfstandig (of onder begeleiding van een ervaren monteur) diagnosticeren en verhelpen van technische storingen;

- Samenwerken met collega's van verschillende afdelingen om technische uitdagingen aan te pakken;

- Registeren van onderhoudsactiviteiten en het bijhouden van technische documentatie;

- Begeleiden van externe onderhoudspartijen;

- Meedenken over verbeterprocessen en doorvoeren er van.

Als monteur technische dienst ben jij oplossingsgericht, flexibel en collegiaal. Bovendien is het een groot pluspunt als je ervaring hebt met PLC’s. Omdat je in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie aan de slag gaat, is bekendheid met HACCP een pré. Daarnaast heb jij affiniteit met elektrische schema’s en vind je het geen probleem om in een gekoelde omgeving te werken.

- Een afgeronde MBO niveau 2, 3 of 4 opleiding (richting Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek, Procestechniek of soortgelijk;

- Ervaring in een productieomgeving of binnen de mechanische techniek;

- Bereid om in de 2-ploegendienst te werken.
