De organisatie richt zich op continue verbetering van techniek en processen en geeft de technische dienst de ruimte om verbeteringen en optimalisaties door te voeren. De sfeer binnen de technische dienst wordt omschreven als open en collegiaal waarbij kennisdeling en samenwerking met productie en engineering centraal staan. De technische dienst werkt voornamelijk in dagdienst en is verantwoordelijk voor preventief onderhoud, storingsoplossing en technische modificaties binnen de fabriek in Vaassen. De organisatie hecht waarde aan veiligheid, vakmanschap en praktische innovatie en stimuleert medewerkers om ideeën aan te dragen voor procesverbetering. - Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan machines en installaties als Monteur Technische Dienst

- Je lost elektrische en mechanische storingen op als Monteur Technische Dienst

- Je werkt aan reparaties en technische modificaties op je afdeling

- Je neemt deel aan de consignatiedienst 1x per 4 weken een weekend en 1x per 4 weken door de week

- Je werkt samen met productie en engineering om procesbetrouwbaarheid te verbeteren
