Deze organisatie werkt in een productieomgeving en beschikt over een technische dienst die verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhoud en de continuïteit van de installaties in Lelystad. De organisatie voert dagelijkse werkzaamheden uit gericht op het voorkomen en oplossen van storingen en het waarborgen van veilige productieprocessen. In Lelystad werk je samen met collega's uit de productie en werkvoorbereiding om aanpassingen en verbeteringen door te voeren en ervoor te zorgen dat de lijnen blijven draaien. De omgeving vraagt om praktische inzet en probleemoplossend vermogen bij mechanische en elektrische storingen. De technische dienst voert preventief onderhoud uit en pakt direct storingsgevallen op zodat de productie zo snel mogelijk hersteld wordt. De functie vereist een hands-on mentaliteit en aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteitsbewaking. De organisatie biedt een werkplek waarin je kunt doorgroeien en je technische kennis kunt uitbreiden door interne begeleiding en on-the-job training. Er wordt veel samengewerkt met de operationele teams in Lelystad en er is ruimte om verbeteringen voor te stellen en uit te voeren.

- Je verhelpt elektrische storingen en draagt bij aan het minimaliseren van productiestilstand als Storingsmonteur Elektro

- Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan installaties om storingen te voorkomen

- Je werkt volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften en rapporteert afwijkingen aan de technische dienst

- Je stelt technische oplossingen voor en ondersteunt bij kleine aanpassingen aan de installatie

- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden en documenteert als Storingsmonteur Elektro alle verrichte handelingen
