Bedrijfsomschrijving:Locatie: Rijen.

Dit productiebedrijf zoekt een ervaren technicus voor onderhoud, reparatie en installatie van productieapparatuur. De organisatie werkt met een gevarieerd machinepark waarin onder andere spuitgietmachines, robots en bijbehorende randapparatuur voorkomen en waar de monteurs verantwoordelijk zijn voor zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud. In Rijen voert de technische dienst periodieke inspecties uit, stelt diagnoses bij storingen vast en zorgt voor de uitvoering van reparaties en aanpassingen aan systemen. De werkzaamheden vragen kennis van zowel werktuigbouwkundige als elektrotechnische aspecten en van PLC-systemen en bieden dagelijks contact met productiemedewerkers en andere afdelingen voor veilige en efficiënte inzet van apparatuur. De rol vraagt flexibiliteit vanwege wachtdiensten en werk in het weekend en biedt ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en vakinhoudelijke groei voor wie zich verder wil specialiseren binnen de technische dienst. De samenwerking binnen de organisatie is gericht op het voorkomen van stilstand en het doorvoeren van verbeteringen in de productieomgeving.

- Je voert preventief onderhoud en periodieke inspecties uit als Monteur Technische Dienst

- Als Monteur Technische Dienst stel je diagnoses vast en los je storingen op zowel werktuigbouwkundig als elektrotechnisch gebied

- Je werkt aan spuitgietmachines, robots en bijbehorende randapparatuur

- Je voert aanpassingen uit aan systemen en zoekt naar structurele oplossingen

- Je ondersteunt productiepersoneel bij het juiste en veilige gebruik van machines en werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen

Functie-eisen: - Afgeronde technische opleiding op MBO-niveau

- Minimaal 3 jaar werkervari
