Bedrijfsomschrijving:Locatie: Klazienaveen.

Dit productiebedrijf is al bijna 75 jaar gevestigd in Klazienaveen en verwerkt dagelijks ruim 75 ton schroot gietijzer tot nieuwe producten. Het bedrijf levert onderdelen voor de rioleringsindustrie, automotive, agrarische sector en machinebouw en combineert een ambachtelijk gietproces met hedendaagse techniek. De technische dienst bestaat uit 5 monteurs en 1 leerling en werkt in ploegendienst waarbij onderhoud, storingsoplossing en aanpassingen aan het machinepark centraal staan. In deze productieomgeving voeren medewerkers preventief onderhoud uit en pakken zij complexe storingen op zowel mechanisch als elektrotechnisch vlak. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats op locatie in Klazienaveen en vragen om praktische inzet, kennis van PLC's en het vermogen om vernieuwingen door te voeren om de productieprocessen te optimaliseren. Deze organisatie streeft naar circulariteit waar mogelijk en hecht waarde aan vakmanschap en continue verbetering. - Je lost storingen op aan elektrotechnische installaties en PLC's

- Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en draagt bij aan optimalisaties van het machinepark als Monteur Elektrotechniek

- Je werkt in ploegendienst binnen een technische dienst van 5 monteurs en 1 leerling

- Je voert vernieuwingen en aanpassingen uit om de continuïteit van de productie te verbeteren

- Je meldt en documenteert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en verbetervoorstellen

Functie-eisen: - Afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of aanverwant

- Aanvullende elektrotechnische cursussen zoals NEN 3140 zijn gewenst

- Ervaring met het zelfstandig opsporen van storingen in PLC's
