Dit internationale familiebedrijf behoort wereldwijd tot de grootste producenten van huishoudelijke producten. Vanuit de productielocatie worden dagelijks miljoenen schoonmaakmiddelen, luchtverfrissers en andere consumentenproducten geproduceerd. Binnen de fabriek wordt continu geïnvesteerd in automatisering, veiligheid en procesverbetering.

De Technische Dienst speelt hierin een belangrijke rol. Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving met maar liefst 12 productielijnen, variërend van bestaande installaties tot een volledig nieuwe productielijn die momenteel in bedrijf wordt gesteld. Hierdoor krijg je te maken met een grote diversiteit aan technieken en installaties.

Het machinepark bestaat onder andere uit:

- Casepackers

- Robots

- Afvulmachines

- Inpakmachines

- Transportbanden

- Geautomatiseerde productielijnen

- PLC-gestuurde installaties

Je komt terecht in een professioneel onderhoudsteam waarin monteurs, engineering en productie nauw samenwerken. Verbeteringen worden actief gestimuleerd en je krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf technisch verder te ontwikkelen.

De functie

Dit ga je doen

Als Monteur Technische Dienst ben je samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor de technische beschikbaarheid van het complete machinepark. Je analyseert storingen, voert onderhoud uit en denkt actief mee over structurele verbeteringen waardoor de productie steeds betrouwbaarder wordt.
