Dit productiebedrijf is gespecialiseerd in kunststof rotatiegieten en zoekt een onderhoudsmonteur matrijzen die zelfstandig werkt binnen de technische dienst. Het bedrijf hanteert een informele, familiaire werksfeer en hecht waarde aan open communicatie, duidelijke afspraken en samenwerking. De organisatie produceert met behulp van rotatiegietmatrijzen en zoekt iemand die deze matrijzen kan beheren, onderhouden en optimaliseren. De onderhoudsmonteur matrijzen werkt nauw samen met de productieafdeling en draagt bij aan continuïteit in de productie. In de functie horen taken als kleine reparaties aan matrijzen, coördinatie van preventief onderhoud, correct opbergen van matrijzen en het signaleren van verbeterpunten tot de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Veiligheid, orde en netheid in de werkplaats zijn belangrijk en worden actief bewaakt door de technische dienst. De functie is fulltime en betreft een aanstelling voor 40 uur per week met een eenjarig contract en uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. De werkplek bevindt zich in Sint-Maartensdijk en heeft een praktische, hands-on werkomgeving waar samen lunchen en open communicatie gewaardeerd worden.
