Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf met een technisch georiënteerde technische dienst die verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhoud en de beschikbaarheid van de productiemiddelen. De vestiging in Roermond voert dagelijkse productieactiviteiten uit en zoekt versterking voor de technische dienst om continuïteit en kwaliteit te waarborgen. De technische dienst voert elektrotechnische en mechanische werkzaamheden uit, lost storingen op en verzorgt preventief onderhoud aan installaties. Medewerkers werken nauw samen met productie en werkvoorbereiding en dragen bij aan verbeteringen in de onderhoudsstrategie. De functie vereist operationele inzet op locatie en praktische focus op storingsanalyse, montage en inbedrijfstelling van apparatuur. De organisatie biedt een werkvloer met directe betrokkenheid bij het productieproces en ruimte om vakmanschap verder te ontwikkelen via on-the-job begeleiding en vakgerichte trainingen. De werkomgeving in Roermond vraagt flexibiliteit in werktijden en een hands-on mentaliteit.
