Dit productiebedrijf in de industrie zoekt versterking voor de technische dienst met een focus op het onderhoud en de verbetering van remanufacturing-lijnen. De organisatie voert werkzaamheden uit gericht op het onderhouden, analyseren en optimaliseren van apparatuur en tooling binnen een productieomgeving en werkt nauw samen met ontwerp, procesengineering en productie. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats vanuit een vaste locatie in Tilburg en zijn gericht op het waarborgen van veilige en continue productieprocessen. De technische rol omvat zowel hands-on onderhoud als leidinggevende taken en het opstellen van documentatie en trainingsmateriaal voor het team. Kandidaten werken samen met interne teams en externe onderaannemers om installaties te installeren, repareren en te verbeteren en nemen verantwoordelijkheid voor het doorvoeren van upgrades met aandacht voor veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid. Er is nadruk op het terugdringen van uitvaltijd door grondige storingsanalyse en het opzetten van onderhoudsroutines. Tilburg is de plek waar de dagelijkse uitvoering en de samenwerking met productie en engineering plaatsvinden.

- Leiden en aansturen van een klein team onderhoudstechnici om tooling en apparatuur te onderhouden

- Als Monteur Technische Dienst diagnosticeren en repareren van automatiseringssystemen, PLC's, I/O-apparaten en productiemachines

- Coördineren van installatie- en reparatiewerkzaamheden en aansturen van onderaannemers

- Als Monteur Technische Dienst uitvoeren van root cause analyses en doorvoeren van equipment upgrades gericht op betrouwbaarheid

- Opstellen van onderhoudsroutines, servicebulletins en trainingsmateriaal voor levenscy
