Monteur Technische Dienst Techniek 36 - 40 uur 3000 - 3500 EUR 3500 - 4000 EUR Wat ga je doen? Voor een groeiende voedingsmiddelenproducent in de regio Ochten zoeken we een Monteur Technische Dienst in dagdienst. Je werkt met moderne installaties en unieke procestechnologie, waarbij je storingen voorkomt, oplost en processen verder helpt verbeteren. Je combineert elektrotechniek en mechanica, krijgt ruimte om mee te denken over optimalisaties en ziet direct resultaat op beschikbaarheid en efficiëntie van het machinepark. - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan productie-installaties, zowel elektrotechnisch als mechanisch - Analyseren en oplossen van storingen met minimale stilstand en focus op structurele verbeteringen - Meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en het verbeteren van onderhoudsplannen en werkwijzen - Werken in dagdienst met flexibele start- en eindtijden tussen 07:00 en 19:00 - Deelnemen aan consignatiedienst (ongeveer eens per 4 weken) - Samenwerken met collega-monteurs en operators, veilig werken volgens voedselveiligheidsrichtlijnen - Salaris passend bij opleiding en ervaring, indicatie tot € 3.600 bruto per maand - Jaarcontract volgens CAO Gemaksvoeding, met intentie tot vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren - 3% eindejaarsuitkering - 200 verlofuren en 120 ATV-uren op basis van 40 uur - Een prettige werksfeer met korte lijnen en betrokken collega's - Begeleiding en ontwikkelmogelijkheden voor zowel technische als persoonlijke groei - Dagelijks vers fruit en regelmatige team- en sportactiviteiten Dit ben jij! - MBO-werk- en denkniveau richting Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar (WTB/E&I) - Relevante stage- of werkervaring, bij voorkeur in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie - Proactieve, leergierige probleemoplosser met oog voor verbetering - Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig uit de voeten kan en veilig werken vanzelfsprekend vindt - Beschikbaar voor dagdienst en bereid tot...
