Bedrijfsomschrijving:Locatie: Zwijndrecht.

Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf dat een technische onderhoudsafdeling exploiteert in Zwijndrecht. De organisatie voert onderhoud en herstelwerkzaamheden uit aan elektrotechnische en meet- en regeltechnische installaties binnen de fabriek en bij ondersteunende ruimtes zoals magazijnen, kantoren, laboratoria en het ketelhuis. De onderhoudsafdeling werkt volgens geldende GMP-richtlijnen en normen zoals ATEX en Functional Safety en besteedt aandacht aan veiligheid en kwaliteitsborging. Het team van de E&I werkplaats bestaat uit 4 technici en 1 meewerkend werkvoorbereider/planner die in dagdienst samenwerken en waarbij buiten de dagdienst één teamlid geconsigneerd is voor storingen zodat de continu draaiende processen worden ondersteund. In Zwijndrecht ligt de nadruk op zowel preventief onderhoud als het snel oplossen van storingen zodat de productie zo min mogelijk wordt beïnvloed. Administratie van gekalibreerde apparatuur, urenverantwoording en het bijhouden van tekeningen en schema's behoren tot de standaardwerkzaamheden. De functie vergt operationele kennis van laagspanning, PLC/DCS systemen en kalibratiewerkzaamheden en vraagt om het werken volgens procedures en veiligheidseisen.

- Je onderhoudt en repareert elektrotechnische en meet- en regeltechnische installaties als Monteur E&I

- Als Monteur E&I los je storingen op om de productievoortgang te waarborgen

- Je werkt vanuit de E&I werkplaats samen met een team van 4 technici en 1 werkvoorbereider/planner

- Je maakt en leest E&I en logische schema's en houdt tekeningen en schemabestanden up-to-date

- Je voert kalibratie en reparatie uit aan meetinstrumenten en registreert gekalibreerde apparatuur
