Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf met een technische dienst die verantwoordelijk is voor het uitvoeren van onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen in de dagelijkse productie. De technische dienst werkt nauw samen met de productieafdeling om stilstand te minimaliseren en continuïteit te waarborgen. In Alkmaar zoekt deze organisatie een Storingsmonteur Allround die storingen kan verhelpen en preventief onderhoud kan uitvoeren binnen een ploegendienst. De functie vraagt om praktisch inzicht in zowel mechanische als elektrische systemen en om een hands-on mentaliteit bij het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden op de werkvloer. De Storingsmonteur Allround rapporteert technische bevindingen en draagt bij aan verbeteringen om productiestops te voorkomen. Veilig werken en het naleven van procedures zijn belangrijk in deze productieomgeving en er wordt samengewerkt met verschillende afdelingen om oplossingen snel te implementeren. Kandidaten moeten flexibel zijn ten aanzien van werktijden vanwege de aanwezige ploegendienst en bereid zijn mee te werken aan technische optimalisaties binnen de technische dienst.

- Je lost storingen op aan machines en installaties tijdens de 5 ploegen dienst als Storingsmonteur Allround

- Je voert preventief onderhoud uit om productiestilstand te beperken

- Je werkt samen met productie en engineering om oorzaken van storingen te achterhalen

- Je stelt werkorders en technische rapportages op als Storingsmonteur Allround

- Je voert kleine technische aanpassingen en verbeteringen door

Functie-eisen: - Afgeronde opleiding in Elektrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbaar technisch diploma

- Ervaring als monteur in een technische dienst of als storingsmonteur

- Bereidheid om te werken in een 5 ploegen dienst
