Dit productiebedrijf is een toonaangevende en innovatieve hightech baksteenfabriek die al bijna 120 jaar bestaat. Met zeer geavanceerde productiemethoden produceert deze organisatie ruim 130 miljoen stenen per jaar en levert een groot deel van de productie aan de Nederlandse markt en aan afnemers in het buitenland. De organisatie heeft verkoopkantoren in Engeland, Duitsland en België en opereert vanuit een productielocatie in Aalst. De dagelijkse werkzaamheden richten zich op het bedienen en onderhouden van geavanceerde productiemachines binnen een continu productieproces waarbij kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiency centraal staan. Technische teams werken nauw samen met productie en engineering om storingen snel te verhelpen, preventief onderhoud uit te voeren en verbeteringen door te voeren. Werken in ploegendiensten maakt deel uit van de operatie en er is ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling door opleidings- en trainingsfaciliteiten en begeleiding door een persoonlijke coach. De organisatie investeert in innovatieve technieken en energie-efficiency om de productieprocessen te optimaliseren. De werkomgeving biedt veel variatie in werkzaamheden en technische uitdagingen met ruimte om door te groeien naar functies met meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen de technische dienst.

- Je assisteert ervaren monteurs bij onderhoud en storingsanalyse aan de productiemachines

- Je bedient en bewaakt de installaties tijdens de 2-ploegendienst volgens de werktijden 6.00 - 12.50 uur en 12.50 - 20.45 uur

- Je analyseert en verhelpt storingen zelfstandig als Storingsmonteur Allround afhankelijk van je ervaring

- Je doorgrondt het productieproces en doet verbetervoorstellen als Storingsmonteur Allround

- Je voert preventief onderhoud en kleine technische aanpassingen
