Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf met een operationele locatie in Leiden. Het bedrijf voert dagelijkse productieactiviteiten uit en zoekt versterking voor de technische dienst ter ondersteuning van de continuïteit van de processen. In Leiden werkt de technische dienst nauw samen met productie en werkvoorbereiding om storingen snel te verhelpen en preventief onderhoud uit te voeren. De organisatie hecht waarde aan veilig en gestructureerd werken en biedt een omgeving waarin een allround monteur zelfstandig kan handelen en kan bijdragen aan verbetering van onderhoudsprocessen. De functie richt zich op het uitvoeren van reparaties, het oplossen van storingen en het verrichten van regulier onderhoud aan productiemachines en installaties. De werkplek in Leiden vereist flexibiliteit en betrokkenheid bij het continu draaiende houden van de productieomgeving. Kandidaten kunnen rekenen op een duidelijk inwerktraject en naar verwachting praktische begeleiding bij het leren kennen van de installaties.

- Je voert mechanisch onderhoud uit aan productiemachines als Monteur Allround

- Je lost storingen op en werkt aan herstel van productieuitval

- Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en draagt bij aan verbeteringen van onderhoudsprocessen

- Je werkt samen met productie en werkvoorbereiding om defecten snel op te lossen

Functie-eisen: - Ervaring als allround monteur of in de technische dienst

- Bereidheid om in een 5 ploegenrooster te werken

- Praktische technische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen

Wij bieden: - Salaris: €2750 - €4500 per maand

- 25 vakantiedagen
