Dit bedrijf is een productieomgeving waar continuïteit van de processen centraal staat en waar onderhoudswerkzaamheden plaatshebben in een 5 ploegenstelsel. De technische dienst draagt zorg voor het preventief en correctief onderhoud van installaties en ondersteunt de productie bij storingen en technische optimalisaties. In Schoonhoven werkt het team dagelijks aan het borgen van beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van machines en installaties en handelt het volgens gestandaardiseerde procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften. De omgeving vraagt van monteurs flexibiliteit en verantwoordelijkheid tijdens roterende diensten waarbij samenwerken met de productieafdeling belangrijk is voor korte doorlooptijden en snelle herstelwerkzaamheden. Daarnaast is er aandacht voor scholing en vakbekwaamheid zodat medewerkers technische ontwikkelingen bijhouden en veilige werkwijzen toepassen. De dagelijkse praktijk omvat zowel mechanische als elektrotechnische werkzaamheden en het signaleren van structurele verbeteringen met het oog op productiviteit en uptime.

Functie-eisen: - Opleiding op MBO-niveau in Elektrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde - Ervaring als allround monteur of in de technische dienst binnen een productieomgeving - Vaardigheid in storingsanalyse en systemat
