Als Monteur Technische Dienst ben jij de technische specialist die ervoor zorgt dat de productieprocessen optimaal blijven draaien. Je werkt in een moderne chemische productieomgeving met geavanceerde procesinstallaties, pompen, warmtewisselaars, menginstallaties en besturingssystemen. Jouw technische kennis en ervaring zijn cruciaal voor het waarborgen van de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de productie. Je werkt nauw samen met de productieafdeling en bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle technische vraagstukken. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties van de installaties, waarbij jouw praktijkervaring wordt gewaardeerd en benut. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan procesinstallaties, pompen, leidingsystemen en verwarmingsinstallaties; - Analyseren en verhelpen van storingen aan mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische systemen om productiestilstand te minimaliseren; - Inspecteren en testen van veiligheidsvoorzieningen en procesapparatuur conform de geldende normen en procedures; - Uitvoeren van modificaties en verbeteringen aan bestaande installaties in samenwerking met de technisch manager; - Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem en bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van onderhoudsplanningen; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en proactief meedenken over technische oplossingen die de betrouwbaarheid en efficiency verhogen; - Samenwerken met externe specialisten en leveranciers bij complexe reparaties of revisies; - Naleven van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften en actief bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving volgens VCA-richtlijnen.
