Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf met een praktische en technische werkomgeving. De organisatie zoekt een allround monteur voor de technische dienst die in een 5-ploegensysteem wil werken. In Alkmaar voert deze organisatie onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden uit aan productiemiddelen en installaties en richt zich op continu verbeteren van beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats op één vaste locatie en vragen om een hands-on mentaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheid voor veilig werken. De rol vereist directe samenwerking met productie en werkvoorbereiding en vraagt om duidelijke communicatie met collega’s op de werkvloer. De technische dienst voert zowel storingsonderhoud als gepland preventief onderhoud uit en signaleert verbeteringen voor de werkprocessen en het onderhoudsbeleid. Voor de start van de werkzaamheden is er een praktische introductie op de werkvloer en begeleiding door ervaren collega’s. De kandidaat werkt in een 5-ploegensysteem en levert zo een belangrijke bijdrage aan de continuïteit van de productie in Alkmaar.

- Je voert mechanisch en elektrisch onderhoud uit als Monteur Technische Dienst, gericht op beschikbaarheid van de installaties

- Je lost storingen op en pakt kortdurende reparaties zelfstandig aan

- Je werkt volgens veiligheidsregels en rapporteert afwijkingen binnen de technische dienst

- Je ondersteunt bij preventief onderhoud en verbeterprojecten als Monteur Technische Dienst

Functie-eisen: - Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegensysteem te werken

- Ervaring als allround monteur of ervaring in een technische dienst

- Praktisch technisch inzicht en zelfstandig kunnen werken
