Bedrijfsomschrijving:Locatie: Weert.

Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf binnen de bouwsector dat gespecialiseerd is in de prefabricatie van bouwdelen en gevels. In de productielocatie in Weert draaien meerdere productielijnen met CNC-machines, zaagmachines, assemblagelijnen en transportbanden en wordt gewerkt volgens batchproductieprincipes. Het technische team bestaat uit 8 tot 12 monteurs en werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen productie, engineering en werkvoorbereiding. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit zowel mechanisch als elektrotechnisch onderhoud en storingsoplossing en omvatten preventief onderhoud, reparaties en kleine modificaties en optimalisaties. De verdeling van de werkzaamheden is globaal 40% mechanisch onderhoud, 25% elektrotechnisch onderhoud, 20% preventief onderhoud, 10% storingsanalyse en 5% modificaties en verbeteringen. Storingen variëren van eenvoudige sensor- en relaisproblemen tot complexere aandrijvings- en communicatiestoringen en betreffen zowel hardware als besturingstechniek met merendeels first-line PLC-diagnostiek. De Monteur Technische Dienst is betrokken bij onderhoud, inbedrijfstelling en uitvoering van kleine aanpassingen en werkt hoofdzakelijk op één vaste locatie in de regio Weert. De organisatie beschikt over een goed uitgeruste werkplaats, verstrekt bedrijfskleding en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen en biedt ruimte voor vakgerichte scholing en ontwikkeling.
