Locatie Sassenheim Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Sassenheim. Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf dat in Sassenheim actief is binnen de foodsector en raakvlakken heeft met zuivel en vleeswaren. De organisatie produceert vijf dagen per week in dag- en avonddiensten en heeft een technische dienst die een belangrijke rol speelt bij het draaiende houden van de productie. De technische dienst bestaat uit een team van 15 collega's en is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de reparatie en de optimalisatie van machines, installaties en het gebouw. Door sterke groei en verdere automatisering blijft de technische dienst zich ontwikkelen en biedt dit een uitdagende werkomgeving voor technisch personeel. In Sassenheim werk je in een omgeving waarin preventief onderhoud, het oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van technische modificaties dagelijkse werkzaamheden zijn. De technische dienst werkt nauw samen met de productieafdelingen en draagt bij aan continuïteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer. Er wordt gewerkt in een dag/avond 2-ploegensysteem met wekelijkse afwisseling tussen ochtend- en avonddienst en zonder reguliere weekenddienst. De omgeving is gericht op veiligheid en professionele ontwikkeling en functionarissen krijgen de kans om mee te werken aan verbeterprojecten en automatiseringsoplossingen.
