Wil je niet alleen sleutelen aan machines, maar ook groeien richting een leidinggevende rol binnen de technische dienst? Bij Walkro krijg je die kans. We zoeken een Monteur Technische Dienst die zich wil ontwikkelen tot Assistent Hoofd Technische Dienst . Je start in de techniek, leert onze installaties en processen en groeit stap voor stap naar een functie waarin je naast techniek ook verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor planning, coördinatie en technische verbeteringen. Wat ga je doen? Als Monteur Technische Dienst ben je dagelijks bezig met het draaiende houden van ons machinepark. Je lost storingen op, voert onderhoud uit en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen richting een coördinerende functie. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Analyseren en oplossen van elektrische, mechanische en hydraulische storingen. - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud. - Ondersteunen bij verbeterprojecten - Registreren van werkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem (Ultimo) - Meedenken over optimalisatie van processen en installaties. - Samenwerken met productie, planning en externe leveranciers. Jouw ontwikkeling : Naarmate je groeit in de functie krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden, zoals: - Ondersteunen van het Hoofd Technische Dienst bij dagelijkse aansturing. - Coördineren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden. - Meedenken over onderhoudsplanningen en investeringen. - Begeleiden van collega's en externe monteurs. - Signaleren van verbeterkansen op technisch en organisatorisch vlak. Zo bereiden we je voor op een toekomstige rol als assistent hoofd technische dienst . Werktijden: Je werkt 40 uur per week tussen 7...
