Deze organisatie levert A-tot-Z-oplossingen om gebouwen optimaal te laten presteren en steden slimmer te maken. Deze organisatie ondersteunt daarnaast de energietransitie en de verduurzaming van industriële activiteiten in praktische projecten en installaties in en rondom Heerenveen. De werkzaamheden richten zich op het onderhouden, storingsvrij houden en optimaliseren van technische installaties binnen gebouwgebonden omgevingen en industriële settings. De organisatie werkt samen met diverse disciplines binnen de technische dienst en met operationele afdelingen om de beschikbaarheid van installaties te waarborgen en energie-efficiency te verbeteren. Medewerkers voeren zowel preventief onderhoud als het oplossen van storingen uit en dragen bij aan verbetertrajecten en het doorvoeren van technische aanpassingen. De locatie in Heerenveen biedt een praktijkgerichte werkomgeving met een focus op duurzame oplossingen en technische continuïteit. - Het uitvoeren van storing- en onderhoudswerk aan gebouwgebonden installaties en industriële systemen

- Als Monteur Technische Dienst voer je preventief onderhoud uit en detecteer je knelpunten

- Je lost mechanische en elektrische storingen op en draagt bij aan technische verbeteringen

- Als Monteur Technische Dienst draag je bij aan veilige en efficiënte installaties door te rapporteren en samen te werken met andere technici

Functie-eisen: - Aantoonbare ervaring als storing- en onderhoudsmonteur

- Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen

- Bereidheid om te werken aan gebouwinstallaties en industriële systemen in Heerenveen
