Werken als Monteur Technische Dienst bij Lensli Ben jij een ervaren Monteur Technische Dienst, Onderhoudsmonteur of Storingsmonteur en zoek je een technische baan binnen een moderne productieomgeving? Voor Lensli in Katwijk bij Cuijk zoeken wij een Monteur Technische Dienst die ervoor zorgt dat machines en installaties optimaal blijven draaien. Bij Lensli produceren we hoogwaardige substraten voor planten en gewassen met behulp van moderne, geautomatiseerde productie-installaties. Dankzij jouw technische kennis op het gebied van werktuigbouwkunde en elektrotechniek blijven onze machines veilig, betrouwbaar en storingsvrij functioneren.

Je komt terecht in een betrokken familiebedrijf waar techniek, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt volop ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces.

Wat ga je doen als Monteur Technische Dienst? Als Monteur Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de reparatie en optimalisatie van productiemachines en technische installaties. Je voorkomt storingen waar mogelijk en zorgt ervoor dat technische problemen snel en vakkundig worden opgelost.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Uitvoeren van werktuigbouwkundig en elektrotechnisch onderhoud;

- Oplossen van storingen aan productiemachines en productie-installaties;

- Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud aan interne transportmiddelen;

- Analyseren van storingsoorzaken en uitvoeren van reparaties;

- Verrichten van revisie- en modificatiewerkzaamheden;

- Begeleiden en ondersteunen van externe monteurs en leveranciers;

- Registreren en plannen van werkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem;

- Meedenken over technische verbeteringen binnen de productieomgeving.
