Dit productiebedrijf is gevestigd in Zwolle en opereert in een productieomgeving waar continu onderhoud en bedrijfszekerheid centraal staan. Het team op locatie in Zwolle bestaat uit een klein technisch team van 3 monteurs dat verantwoordelijk is voor het uitvoeren van zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud aan de installatie en aan bijbehorende machines en gebouwen. De monteurs onderhouden en repareren onder andere shovels, heftrucks en kranen en stemmen werkzaamheden af met operators en sorteerders om de productie soepel te laten verlopen. De functie vereist werken in een 3 ploegendienst waarbij werkzaamheden gepland en uitgevoerd worden in wisselende diensten. De monteurs dragen ook bij aan het signaleren van verbeteringen aan de installatie en het optimaliseren van onderhoudsprocessen. De organisatie hecht waarde aan een veilige en collegiale werksfeer en biedt een praktische werkomgeving met directe samenwerking tussen technische dienst, operators en teamleiders. Sollicitanten worden verwacht fulltime beschikbaar te zijn en ervaring te hebben in technisch onderhoud.

- Je onderhoudt en repareert gebouwen en machines zoals shovels, heftrucks en kranen

- Je stemt werkzaamheden af met operators en sorteerders om storingen te voorkomen en productie te optimaliseren

- Je werkt in een 3 ploegendienst en plant onderhoudswerkzaamheden binnen wisselende diensten

- Je signaleert verbeteringen aan de installatie en draagt als Monteur Technische Dienst bij aan optimalisatietrajecten
