Deze organisatie heeft een analyseafdeling waar werkzaamheden rond kalibratie en kwaliteitsmetingen worden uitgevoerd. De afdeling in Elsloo voert kalibraties, tests en onderhoud uit aan apparatuur voor gas- en waterkwaliteitsmetingen en bedient systemen in procesgebonden installaties, met name in de chemische industrie. Medewerkers binnen deze afdeling werken aan het testen, inbedrijfstellen en onderhouden van apparatuur en systemen die in productieprocessen een rol spelen. De focus ligt op het nauwkeurig uitvoeren van kalibraties, functionele controles en het oplossen van technische storingen volgens onderhoudsconcepten, schema's en tekeningen. De werkzaamheden vragen samenwerking met technische collega5 csr5 b5 b en een zorgvuldige documentatie en terugkoppeling van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. Werken in deze omgeving vereist kennis van Meet- en Regeltechniek en Elektrotechniek en het vermogen om technische handleidingen te interpreteren. De organisatie biedt een praktische werkomgeving waarin technici zich kunnen ontwikkelen door werkzaamheden uit te voeren op locatie in Elsloo en bij procesgebonden installaties. Interne doorgroeimogelijkheden en vakgerichte ontwikkeling worden gestimuleerd binnen de technische teams.

- Assisteren bij en zelfstandig uitvoeren van kalibratie, justering en reparatie van gas- en waterkwaliteitsmetingen als Kalibratie Technicus

- Uitvoeren van testen, inbedrijfstelling en onderhoud van systemen en apparatuur in procesgebonden installaties

- Zorgdragen voor volledige terugkoppeling en rapportage van kalibraties en werkzaamheden als Kalibratie Technicus

- Onder begeleiding of zelfstandig oplossen van technische storingen aan meetapparatuur

- Uitvoeren van kalibratie en functionele controles op basis van onderhoudsconc
