De werkzaamheden vinden plaats op locatie in en rondom Harderwijk en vragen om flexibiliteit en praktische vakkennis op elektrotechnisch gebied. De cultuur binnen de organisatie is gericht op samenwerken, leren en veilige uitvoering van werkzaamheden zodat de productie zo min mogelijk stilvalt. Medewerkers van de technische dienst voeren afwisselende taken uit waaronder storingsanalyse, het vervangen van componenten en het uitvoeren van controles en preventief onderhoud De functie vraagt om zelfstandigheid bij storingsoplossing en om het melden en aandragen van verbetervoorstellen voor de installaties. De werkomgeving vraagt inzet in een ploegendienst met wisselende werktijden en een praktische instelling bij uitvoering van werkzaamheden.
