De organisatie voert werkzaamheden uit in en rond Rotterdam en bedient projecten in de regio met een focus op betrouwbare uitvoering en onderhoud van installaties. De werkplek vraagt technische vakkennis en een hands-on mentaliteit waarbij samenwerken met andere specialisten en afdelingen zoals werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering belangrijk is. Kandidaten werken vaak op verschillende projectlocaties in de regio en moeten flexibel inzetbaar zijn Het team waardeert vakmanschap en investeren in ontwikkeling blijkt uit het aanbod van meer dan 1250 opleidingen waar medewerkers uit kunnen kiezen. De werkzaamheden omvatten het onderhoud, de installatie, inspectie en revisie van pompen, tandwielkasten, ventilatoren en vergelijkbare draaiende apparatuur en vragen ervaring met storingsdiagnose en het signaleren van verbeteringen. Werken in en rondom Rotterdam vereist dat kandidaten zelfstandig kunnen opereren, rapporteren in SAP en zich houden aan veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkprocedures.
