De organisatie richt zich op continue verbetering en investeert in de ontwikkeling van medewerkers om langdurige inzetbaarheid en vakmanschap te bevorderen. In Horst werkt men dagelijks aan onderhoud, omstellingen en optimalisaties van productiemachines met als doel storingen snel te verhelpen en de beschikbaarheid van installaties te waarborgen. De organisatie biedt medewerkers mogelijkheden om zich vakinhoudelijk te ontwikkelen en ondersteunt trainingen en praktijkgerichte begeleiding tijdens de inwerkperiode. - Je voert onderhoud en omstellen uit aan de vormmachines en het machinpark

- Als Monteur Technische Dienst los je storingen op en voer je reparaties uit

- Je werkt mee aan optimalisatie van het machinpark en verbeteringen aan de productielijnen

- Je werkt in dagdienst of ploegendienst vanaf 32 uur (4 dagen per week) met werktijden tussen 5.00 - 17.30 uur of vroege dienst 5:00 tot 14:00 uur, late dienst 13:00 tot 22:00 uur en vrijdag 12:00 tot 18:00 uur
