Bedrijfsomschrijving:Locatie: Botlek Rotterdam.

Deze organisatie is actief in de industrie en opereert binnen een productieomgeving waar mechanische installaties en randapparatuur centraal staan. In Botlek Rotterdam voeren medewerkers inspecties uit, verhelpen storingsmonteurs mechanische defecten en plegen zij preventief en correctief onderhoud zodat productieprocessen betrouwbaar blijven draaien. De organisatie werkt samen met afdelingen zoals productie, veiligheid en projecten om werkzaamheden te plannen en uit te voeren tijdens onderhoudsinterventies en productiestops. De rol van de Hoofdmonteur Werktuigbouw is hierin essentieel en richt zich op het coördineren van werkzaamheden, het aansturen van monteurs en het bewaken van kwaliteit en veiligheid. Daarnaast hoort het opstellen van werkschema's, materiaalbehoeften en het beheren van het preventieve onderhoudssysteem tot de dagelijkse taken. Bij het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden wordt gelet op naleving van bedrijfsvoorschriften en relevante wettelijke verplichtingen en wordt nauw samengewerkt met betrokken vakdisciplines in de regio.

- Je verhelpt storingen en voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan mechanische productie-installaties en randapparatuur

- Als Hoofdmonteur Werktuigbouw leid je kleine tot middelgrote projecten en coördineer je modificatie- en revisiewerkzaamheden

- Je bereidt werkzaamheden voor en stelt werkschema's, tekeningen en materiaalbehoeften op

- Als Hoofdmonteur Werktuigbouw beoordeel je de urgentie van herstel en adviseer je leidinggevende en management tijdens productiestops/shutdowns

- Je geeft vaktechnische instructies aan monteurs W en derden en ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften
