In de productieomgeving in Epe worden productiemachines ingezet zoals automatische persen, lasrobots, verspaningsmachines en lasersnijmachines. De organisatie richt zich op het beheersen van productiekwaliteit en continuïteit door een gerichte onderhoudsaanpak en technische ondersteuning van de productieprocessen. De technische dienst werkt aan het verminderen van storingen en het voorkomen van uitval door zowel preventief onderhoud als snelle storingsdiagnose en herstelwerkzaamheden. Monteurs binnen dit bedrijf assisteren tevens bij nieuwbouwwerkzaamheden en het inbedrijfstellen van nieuwe machines zodat kennis over onderhoudsaspecten van nieuwe apparatuur wordt opgebouwd. De omgeving vraagt om een praktische instelling, nauwkeurigheid en veiligheidsbewustzijn omdat werkzaamheden plaatsvinden aan geavanceerde productieapparatuur.
