The posting

- Genemuiden - 38 uur - 3300-4300 per maand - MBO Techniek die blijft draaien. Zonder nachtdiensten of storingsdiensten. Als Monteur Technische Dienst in Genemuiden werk je aan machines en productielijnen voor de productie en verwerking van hoogwaardige garens. Samen met drie collega's houd je het machinepark technisch in topconditie. Je spoort elektrotechnische en mechanische storingen op, voert onderhoud uit en denkt mee over technische verbeteringen. Je werkt volledig in dagdienst. Geen ploegendienst en geen consignatie- of storingsdienst. Zo combineer je technische uitdaging met vaste werktijden. Naast onderhoud en storingen werk je aan modificaties en technische projecten. Ook denk je mee over verbeteringen aan machines, installaties en onderhoudsprocessen. Wat ga je doen? Een storing vinden is één ding. Achterhalen waarom die ontstaat en zorgen dat deze niet opnieuw terugkomt, maakt het werk pas interessant. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opsporen en oplossen van elektrotechnische en mechanische storingen; - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en technische inspecties; - Analyseren van storingen en aandragen van structurele verbeteringen; - Uitvoeren van modificaties aan machines en installaties; - Meewerken aan technische projecten en verbeteringen aan productielijnen; - Registreren van onderhoud en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem. Wat verwachten we van jou? Je bent technisch breed onderlegd en combineert elektrotechnische kennis met praktisch inzicht in mechanica. Bij een storing zoek je gericht naar de oorzaak en een passende oplossing. We vinden het belangrijk dat je: - Een technische opleiding hebt afgerond, bijvoorbeeld Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of Werktuigbouwkunde; - Ervaring hebt met onderhoud en storingen binnen een productieomgeving of de machinebouw; - Beschikt over goede elektrotechnische kennis; - Kennis en ervaring hebt op mechanisch gebied; - Technische tekeningen e...
