Deze organisatie opereert binnen de machinebouw en is actief in een productieomgeving waar onderhoud en technische beschikbaarheid centraal staan. De organisatie voert werkzaamheden uit aan verpakkingsmachines, assemblagelijnen, transportbanden en CNC-ondersteunde bewerkingsmachines op circa 2 tot 4 productielijnen. In Den Haag werkt de technische dienst aan het borgen van continuïteit van batchproductie en hoogvolume processen en draagt bij aan verbeterprojecten en optimalisaties van de installaties. De technische dienst bestaat uit ongeveer 6 tot 10 collega-technici die op één vaste locatie samenwerken binnen een 2- of 3- ploegensysteem waarbij per ploeg 2 tot 4 technici beschikbaar zijn. De werkzaamheden omvatten zowel mechanisch onderhoud als elektrotechnisch werk en storingsanalyse en bestaan onder meer uit preventief onderhoud en het uitvoeren van eerste lijns PLC-troubleshooting op systemen van onder andere Siemens en Beckhoff. Er is nauwe samenwerking met operators en engineeringteams om stilstand te minimaliseren en verbeteringen te implementeren. De locatie in Den Haag biedt een omgeving waarin het opbouwen van technische expertise en het bijdragen aan optimalisatie centraal staan.
