ZAANDAM Allround Monteur Technische Dienst Introductie Ben jij een technisch talent dat niet alleen storingen oplost, maar ook graag meedenkt over hoe machines en installaties structureel beter kunnen presteren? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. In deze rol krijg je veel zelfstandigheid en de ruimte om technische verbeteringen aan te dragen én te realiseren. Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving waar betrouwbaarheid, continuïteit en innovatie centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als Allround Mechanisch Monteur maak je deel uit van de Technische Dienst en ondersteun je het productieproces binnen een veelzijdige productieomgeving. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende installaties en zorgt ervoor dat productieprocessen optimaal blijven draaien. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Preventief en correctief onderhoud aan productie-installaties. - Het analyseren en verhelpen van mechanische en elektrotechnische storingen. - Het onderzoeken van de oorzaken van terugkerende storingen. - Het aandragen en implementeren van technische verbeteringen. - Het testen en evalueren van nieuwe machines en apparatuur. - Het meewerken aan technische projecten en modificaties van bestaande installaties. - Deelname aan een consignatierooster. Wat breng je mee? Je bent een praktische en analytische monteur die graag problemen oplost en continu zoekt naar verbeteringen. Daarnaast werk je prettig samen met collega's van zowel de Technische Dienst als Productie. Je beschikt over: - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar. - Ervaring met mechanisch onderhoud binnen een productieomgeving. - Kennis van rotating equipment zoals pompen, motoren en tandwielkasten. - Ervaring met het analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen. - Bereidheid om mee te draaien in een consignatierooster, Pre's - Ervaring binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. - Kennis van elektrotechniek. - Ervaring met RCA of vergelijkbare storingsanaly...
