Deze organisatie is onderdeel van een internationale speler in de ontwikkeling en productie van geur- en smaakstoffen en levert materialen voor toepassingen in de food- en cosmetische sector. De productiesite in Tilburg is georganiseerd in meerdere fabrieken met zowel fysische/chemische processen als logistieke mengprocessen en maakt gebruik van een breed scala aan toegepaste technieken. De afdeling Maintenance draagt in Tilburg zorg voor het volledige onderhoud van de productie-installaties, inclusief procesinstallaties zoals reactoren en sproeidroogtorens en diverse productielijnen voor verpakking en afvullen van eindproducten. De onderhoudsafdeling werkt nauw samen met productie en R&D om de betrouwbaarheid van installaties te waarborgen en storingen snel te verhelpen. In Tilburg is er aandacht voor continue verbetering en voor het opleiden van technisch personeel zodat er breed inzetbare monteurs beschikbaar zijn. De werkomgeving vraagt om zowel kennis van moderne besturingssystemen als inzicht in oudere installaties en randapparatuur. Werknemers op deze locatie werken in een teamgerichte omgeving met een mix van routinematig preventief onderhoud en complexe storingsanalyse en oplossing.

- Je voert planmatig preventief onderhoud uit als Monteur Besturingen

- Je voert periodieke inspecties van procesinstallaties en productielijnen uit

- Je traceert en analyseert storingen op elektrotechnisch, pneumatisch en PLC-besturingstechnisch gebied als Monteur Besturingen

- Je analyseert en lost complexe storingen efficiënt op

- Je werkt mee aan testen en opstarten van nieuwe technische installaties
