Dit bedrijf is actief in de verwerking en verpakking van kaasproducten en verzorgt het versnijden, raspen en verpakken van een uitgebreid assortiment kaassoorten voor retail, foodservice en industriële verwerkers. De organisatie werkt vanaf locaties waaronder Bodegraven en richt zich op efficiënte en veilige productie en verpakking met moderne productielijnen. In Bodegraven werkt de technische dienst samen met productie, engineering en werkvoorbereiding om de continuïteit van de productielijnen te waarborgen en productiestoringen snel op te lossen. De technische dienst bestaat uit een team van technisch personeel dat verantwoordelijk is voor preventief en correctief onderhoud en voor het doorvoeren van verbeteringen aan verpakkingsmachines, transportbanden, CNC-machines en assemblagelijnen op circa 3 productielijnen. De organisatie hecht waarde aan vakmanschap en biedt medewerkers ruimte voor ontwikkeling op hun vakgebied en deelname aan verbeterprojecten gericht op modernisering van lijnen en vervanging door nieuwe technieken.

- Als Onderhoudsmonteur Werktuigbouw voer je preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan machines en verpakkingslijnen

- Als Onderhoudsmonteur Werktuigbouw verhelp je storingen en ondersteun je collega-monteurs om lijnen snel en veilig weer in productie te krijgen

- Je maakt aanpassingen en fabriceert kleine onderdelen door draaien, frezen en TIG-lassen

- Je voert pneumatische, elektrische en mechanische werkzaamheden uit en optimaliseert machine-instellingen

- Je onderhoudt en repareert verpakkingsmachines, transportbanden, CNC-machines en assemblagelijnen op circa 3 productielijnen
