Locatie Vlaardingen Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Vlaardingen. Dit bedrijf is een productiebedrijf met een lokale vestiging in Vlaardingen waar het machinepark centraal staat voor de dagelijkse operatie. De technische dienst is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de storingsoplossing en de doorontwikkeling van machines en apparatuur op locatie. In Vlaardingen werken technici dagelijks aan mechanische en elektrische vraagstukken en voeren zij werkzaamheden uit volgens vastgelegde onderhoudsprocedures en -registraties. De organisatie werkt met een onderhoudssysteem om werkzaamheden te plannen en vast te leggen en stimuleert een schone en veilige werkplek om efficiënt en zorgvuldig te kunnen werken. Monteurs voeren zowel kleine als uitgebreide reparaties uit en bouwen waar nodig onderdelen en plaatwerk op basis van tekeningen en schetsen. Er is aandacht voor het bijhouden van technische documentatie en het melden van terugkerende storingen zodat verbeteringen kunnen worden doorgevoerd. Samenwerking met productie en werkvoorbereiding is onderdeel van het dagelijkse werk en draagt bij aan korte communicatielijnen op de werkvloer.
