Dit bedrijf is een productiebedrijf met een technisch team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhoud van machines en installaties. De organisatie voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit en streeft naar een hoge beschikbaarheid van productiemiddelen. In deze productieomgeving werkt een team van technici samen met de afdelingen productie en engineering om storingen snel op te lossen en verbeteringen door te voeren. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in Gorinchem en richten zich op het onderhoud van mechanische en elektrische systemen binnen de productielocatie. De organisatie hecht waarde aan veilige werkwijzen en aan een gestructureerde aanpak van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en administratieve registratie van uitgevoerde taken. De rol vraagt inzet, zelfstandigheid en een praktische aanpak van technische vraagstukken. Er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling binnen de technische dienst en voor het oppakken van verbeterprojecten en aanpassingen aan installaties. Er wordt samengewerkt met collega's van de technische dienst en met operators uit de productie om de betrouwbaarheid van de apparatuur te verhogen.
